Registration & Payment Information
Fees for this year’s Fall Conference are as follows:
Regular: $35-Thursday Only $65-Friday Only $95-Full Conference (Thursday & Friday)
Full-time Graduate Students* of Associate Member Graduate Programs and first time attendees receive half off of the conference registration cost.
*Must be a currently enrolled, full-time graduate student of a master’s or doctorate program which has been approved as an ICCSSA Associate Member. Working professionals who are also taking graduate coursework do not qualify for this discount and will be asked to pay the regular rates listed above. Conference payment is expected unless a notice of cancellation or a request to change attending days is provided to Chris Entringer at email@example.com by Friday, September 22nd. Cancellations, attendance changes, or no-shows after this date will be expected to pay the registration fee according to the days of planned attendance indicated on the attendee’s original registration form. Your registration may be changed to another person at your same institution as long as that person is not already on the registered list.
The fee covers event costs, including a dinner Thursday night and a continental breakfast and full lunch on Friday. Payments are preferred by the day of the conference and can be made via check or cash. The week prior to the conference, an invoice will be sent to all registered participants of each institution as a group in case payment is being made by your institution. Graduate students will be invoiced individually. Please direct any questions on conference payment to Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org.
