2015 ICCSSA Fall Conference

Hosted by Iowa Central Community College in Ft. Dodge, Iowa

The keynote speaker for the fall ICCSSA conference will be Andy Stoll. Andy will present at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 25.

THURSDAY DINNER OPTION
ICCSSA attendees are welcome to attend a group dinner at Willow Ridge. Iowa Central Community College Culinary Arts students participate in hands-on learning experiences at Willow Ridge to prepare them for work in the fields of culinary arts and food service management.

Complete the form below to register for this year’s Fall Conference. You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days after submitting your registration online. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, please contact Jeremy Austin at jcaustin@dmacc.edu
Fees for this year’s Fall Conference are as follows:
$35 – Thursday Only $65 – Friday Only
$95 – Full Conference (Thursday & Friday)
Conference payment is expected unless a notice of cancellation or a request to change attending days is provided to Jeremy Austin at jcaustin@dmacc.edu by Friday, September 18th. We will need an reasonably accurate count for both food and space by that Friday before the conference. Your registration may be changed to another person at your same institution as long as that person is not already on the registered list.

Conference hotel reservations can be made at the AmericInn. To reserve a room for the discounted conference rate of $84.90, please call 515-576-2100 and mention ICCSSA. The conference rate is good through September 1.
